At Learn & Lead, Yolande and her team believe that each child is unique. They work with parents to create an individualized one- on- one specialized tutoring curricula to meet the specific needs of each child. The Specialized Tutoring Program is designed for students in primary and early secondary school and offers support in English, math, critical thinking and study skills.
The first step is to have an initial consultation and assessment session with Yolande. During this session, Yolande will spend some time with you and your child to ensure clarity on the needs of your child, your expectations and to explain and answer any questions related to the services provided through the Specialized Tutoring Program. After this consultation and assessment, your child’s sessions will be scheduled and the Learn and Lead team will begin to develop their personal learning plan for success!
The cost of the initial consultation is $100.00. Individual classes are $55/ hr. The frequency of these classes is determined based on your needs discussed at our consultation and based on our tutor availability.
Once your child begins classes at Learn and Lead, you will receive monthly invoices. Payments are due at the first session of the month. In the event that your child's needs to miss one of their scheduled sessions a 50% credit will be applied to the following month's invoice once the cancellation has occurred 24hrs in advance. The same will occur in the event of illness, once the class is cancelled by 8:30am in the morning.
