You can obtain a copy at Learn and Lead Educational Center, located on the 3rd floor of Courtyard Plaza. You may also call or email us to arrange a convenient time for pickup.
What do I have to pay at the time of ordering?
At the time of ordering, you will pay only for the items you have selected.
What do I have to pay at the time of pickup or delivery?
At pickup or delivery, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs and any applicable duties.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Items are generally available within three weeks. If any items are expected to take longer, you will be notified at the time of ordering or before shipping.
Am I eligible for duty exemption?
Schools may apply to the Director of Customs for a Duty Exemption Letter. Once approved and provided to us for submission during the clearing process, no duties will be charged.
What if I am an individual teacher who wants to order without waiting for my school?
Individual teachers are welcome to place orders at any time. Simply send us your order by email or arrange a visit to our office, and we will include your items in our next order.
