Over the last couple of weeks, I had the pleasure of working with the EMS staff from Providenciales and North Caicos on the topic of Emotional Intelligence. This topic is crucial in the workplace, not only for interactions between colleagues, but also for engaging with the public in a professional and compassionate manner.
It was an absolute pleasure working with each team as we explored the key elements of Emotional Intelligence together.
