Setting the Stage

Over the last 3 weeks I have had the opportunity to meet three sets of Emergency Medical Technicians from the EMS department. Our mindset sessions served as quick reminder of the importance of our mindsets as individuals and as teams.

The smiles in this photo are usually what happens in one of my favorite paradigm demonstrations. It is the second time we were running it and this is that moment when you realize that your perspectives has shifted.

Way to go EMS!
