Natacha Pennycooke
Episode 7: Healing the Self, the Family and the Community
In this week's conversation I am joined by psychotherapist Natacha Pennycooke. We explore the way in which the fear and the sense of loss of control, that has come with COVID 19 and with the racial trauma of the last few weeks, can affect one's mental wellness. We scratch the surface of the shifts and adjustments needed in order to heal the self, the family and the community.
