One-on-One Intervention & Enrichment
Founded in 2008 and built on over 25 years of educational expertise, Learn and Lead provides targeted, individualized intervention and enrichment for children who deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach. We work with each child exactly where they are — building confidence, closing gaps, and unlocking their potential.
Yolande Robinson is a trained primary school teacher with over 25 years of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Kindergarten and Elementary) and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from McGill University, and has specialized in teaching exceptional students for the majority of her career.
In 2008, Learn and Lead was founded with the Specialized Tutoring Programme at its core. Now in its 18th year, the programme has served hundreds of students across the Turks and Caicos Islands. Yolande is supported by a strong team of educators who share her commitment to seeing every child reach their full potential.
Intervention vs. Classroom Education
Many parents wonder: is this tutoring, or something more? At Learn and Lead, what we do is educational intervention and enrichment — a different approach to the classroom model, not a better one. Classroom teachers do important work within a system built for groups. Our work is built for one person: your child.
