Yolande Robinson
B.Ed, M.Ed. · Educator · Coach · SpeakerYolande Robinson is an educator, coach, and speaker with over 25 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and professional teams. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Kindergarten and Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from McGill University, and is a certified TESOL/TEFL Educator and Neurodiversity Coach.
In 2008, Yolande founded Learn and Lead Educational Center in the Turks and Caicos Islands — built around three core outcomes: learning, skills development, and positive behavioural change. Through the Specialized Tutoring Programme, one-on-one coaching, professional training, and speaking engagements, Learn and Lead has supported hundreds of individuals across the islands and beyond.
Yolande also serves as a Director of the TCI Education Foundation, the non-profit organisation that operates the British West Indies Collegiate — the Turks and Caicos Islands' premier private international secondary school.
Yolande is the host of A Child's Life, a programme dedicated to positive parenting and education. Having hosted the show for 13 years on Radio Turks and Caicos, she is returning to the airwaves in June 2026. Her former podcast, Shifting Perspectives, explored how we think, grow, and navigate change — from education and parenting to mindset and personal development. It reached audiences across more than 60 countries and 560 cities worldwide.
Yolande is the wife of Hon. Jamell Robinson, Deputy Premier and Minister of Immigration and Border Services for the Turks and Caicos Islands. Together they are the parents of three children.
