Continuous Performance Management

Yesterday I spent the day with 15 members of the Royal Turks and Caicos Police Force. We did a lot of learning, discussing, and debating performance management techniques. The objectives of our Continuous Performance Management workshop are:

Define and understand performance management
Set goals, measure performance and get results
Gain tools to provide feedback and assessment
Recognize the Importance of Motivation
Develop a Performance Journal and Performance Plan.
