Happy New Year! I'm so excited that we are now in 2024. January is often a time that we are looking to reset a few things here and there. To help with this, this week I'm going to spend some time sharing content on 'Executive Functioning.' Executive functioning skills are like a personal manager in your brain, helping you plan, organize, and achieve goals! From flexibility to memory and self-control, these abilities shape our daily lives.

Key Points:
Cognitive Flexibility: Adapting to change, thinking creatively.
Working Memory: Holding and manipulating information.
Inhibitory Control: Controlling impulses, focusing attention.
