Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with the Executive Management Team of the Financial Services Department. This was the final session in a series of team building sessions undertaken by the FSC. Soft Skills training is essential to the success of today's workplace. Participants enjoyed working together to explore understanding paradigms and managing team development, emotion intelligence, interpersonal skills, and creating synergy.
