I absolutely love working with small groups. It gives us an opportunity to dive deep into discussions on the topic area. Earlier this week we met with 3 team members from the Turks Head Brewery, and we discussed Customer Service.  We focused on the following:

• Dealing with Recovering Difficult Customers
